JRT Pages

To display a JRT page on a display, you have to enter the address of the page in a browser. For example, if you want to display the dashboard, you enter http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8000/dashboard.html where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has to be replaced by the local IP of your iRacing computer. JRT Config informs you what is this IP. When using your iRacing computer to display the pages, you can use the IP 127.0.0.1

In JRT Config, there is a lot of options available for each page, specially the timing, the trackmap and the dashboard pages.

Here are the list of the pages available :

Timing

It displays a live timing with session infos but not only. It's customizable and you can display also the fuel calculator, the race strength of field per class (SOF), the race events, the laptime history for each driver including the pitlane / pitstop time, the consumption history for the driver and the trackmap.
There is some filter options to display only a type of event, or to display the standing per class or by car.

There are 5 timing pages available :

- timing.html
- timing2.html
- timing3.html
- timing4.html
- timing_broadcast.html

It allows you to use different settings for each page.

Launcher

This page is useful if you want to switch from one page to another by a simple click on a menu or using buttons. The page name is launcher.html
In JRT Config, you can set the pages you want to be displayed by checking the corresponding boxes in the "Menu" part. Then in the "Buttons" part you can set buttons for direct acces to a page or to display the previous/next page.

There is 2 types of buttons :
- You can set a button for a specific page so when you press the button, it switches to the page. And if you press again on the button, it goes back to the previous page displayed.
- You can set a button to go to the next and/or the previous page among the pages selected.

If you use the launcher page as an overlay over the iRacing screen, you may want to hide the menu. There is an option for that in JRT Config.
You may also want to hide the overlay. That is the purpose of the empty page. When selected, you will have a full transparent page.

Buttonbox

The page name is buttonbox.html
See more infos here.

Visual Spotter

The page name is spotter.html
It displays arrows around a rectangle that indicates where are the cars around you.
To have it working well, you have to edit the iRacing app.ini file with this line :
carLowHiPadding=6.000000
It will help JRT to know if the car approaching is on the left or on the right.
You have also to enter the correct car length in JRT Config > Main Options > Car.

Here is an example in video (look in the middle of the screen):

You can also use the old method by using OVR Drop or similar apps available on Steam here.

Garage

The page name is garage.html

It is useful to hide the garage when you are streaming. By default it displays a black image but you can change it by replacing the "My Documents/Joel Real Timing/img/garage.png" file by your own image. You will need to restart JRT and to reload the garage.html page for the changes to take effect.
You can set a button in JRT Config > General Buttons that allows you to hide/show the garage manually to prevent the garage to be visible the first tenths when you get in.
